Maple-Glazed Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Hungry Jack® Original Syrup
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 24 jumbo shrimp
- 6 thin slices prosciutto
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
Preparation Instructions
- HEAT broiler. Stir syrup, teriyaki sauce and cayenne pepper in large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- CUT each slice of prosciutto lengthwise into 4 strips. Wrap one strip around each shrimp. Thread shrimp onto 4 metal or soaked wooden skewers.
- COAT baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Place skewers on baking sheet and broil* until shrimp are cooked, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- *Can also be grilled on a barbecue.
